前本校AETセーラ先生からのメッセージ

Howdy doodly doo!

How's it going! My name is Sarah Coldwell and I am the AET here at Ogaki Kita SHS. I am also from the land of Kangaroos and Koalas. I have been in Ogaki for a year and a half and am having a very good time. I like Ogaki in spring and autumn only. My favorite place is Takayama and I like eating "Tsuna Sarada Maki" very much.

I hope the students at this high school will do very well in the future. I enjoy teaching Oral Communication class. It is a lot of fun!! I enjoy my life here in Ogaki.

AFS交換留学生アンソニー君のメッセージ

G'day! My name is Anthony Nolan. I am an Exchange student from Australia and I am living in Ogaki. I am attending Kita Senior High and am a 1st year student. I, along with one other exchange student from Belgium, am studying Japanese by living in Japan! As this Home Page is about Kita High School, let me tell you about my impressions of the school and its members.

Firstly, when I came to Japan, I was very worried about how I was going to cope - new people, new culture, an entire new life. Here at Kita Senior High School, from the first day my concerns vanished! The atmosphere was warm. The people eager to meet me and practice their English. The students all try very hard and because of this, their English is very good. While the schools in Australia are totally different and there are times I prefer our system, I have found coming to school has been very worthwhile. I have chosen Music as my elective and absolutely love it! We do heaps of singing and listening to music from all over the world.

Clubs are something new to me. In Australia, we have clubs, but nearly all of them are privately established. They are also often just once a week. Therefore, I joined 5 clubs. I went swimming three times a week. I was also a member of the school band, learnt sign language, drama and Public Speaking. In Japan, I have joined the swimming club. Japan's summer is extremely hot so it was great to be able to swim.

Overall, I am having a wonderful time and plan to make the most of my experience until my return next year.

Hi, My name is Valirie Cutckens. I'm from Belgium. I'm very happy to be in Japan for one year because it's a beautiful country and so different from mine. I like very much school but sometimes it is very "muzukashii". In my country we speak French but I can also speak English too. I look forward to meeting you all.

これで終わりです。
