Chicken flavored with ginger juice, sake and
shoyu and deep-fried with or without a thin coating of
cornstarch of flour.

Slices of very fresh raw fish.

A dish cooked at the table where beef or pork sliced
paper-thin as well as various vegetables are dunked in
boiling konbu (or kelp) broth. The ingredients are eaten
by dipping them into a sauce of shoyu.

Beef or Chicken, fried tofu and vegetables are cooked in an iron pan
at the table in a sauce flavored with shoyu, sweet rice
wine and sugar. Cooked ingredients can be dipped in
beaten raw egg just before they are eaten.

Fresh prawns, or vegetables, dipped in a batter of
flour, egg and water and then deep-fried.
・Mizutaki(chicken)\4.725
Chicken (with skin) is cut into chunks and boiled in
lightly salted water until tender. Vegetables are added
and the ingredients are eaten by dipping them in a sauce
containing shoyu and vinegar or yuzu(or citron) juice.
・Salt-grilled (fish)
(Fish) that is liberally sprinkled with salt and then grilled.
