The mono-rail of Wuppertal is the oldest and curious transportation that runs 90 % on the River Wupper in the world. It opened in 1900 and it has already passed for more than 100 years. The whole line 13.3 km of 20 stations and maximum speed 60 km/ by DC 600 V. It is the historic traffic facilities that run in air above 10 m on the ground.
We can recollect in the various points of the basis structure of the iron frames, staions, and pull-up system of the mono-rail. The tram of Wuppertal was abolished in 1987. The mono-rail is good for environmant as same as the trolly bus. The direction conversion in the terminal of both ends is similar to the cable car system that turns the small circular.
