Litra S was only seen on Seeland. They where ment
for trafic along the coast from Copenhagen to Elsinore and was
made to run equally well forwards as backwards. Waste steam preheated
the tender water.
Litra S 740 is beeing restored and will soon be ready for service.
This locomotive was pulling the circus train in the James Bond
movie "Octopussy", camouflaged as a German locomotive. |
