` Remembering their great works of flood control in Horeki era `

The present the Kiso three rivers form

( the Ibi river, the Nagara river, the Kiso river) 

        This is a historical story about Satsuma samurais ( warriors ) who did
the first biggest embankment works in Japan about 240 years ago, having a
hard time at Mino where is a perfect strange place to them for the people who
had been troubled by floods.
